We are not local at all. It was our first visit, sadly we won't be visiting again but very clean place, very accommodating , multicultural, and the members of staff very helpful

Catering offers plenty of good choices, only the thing I find is that the entery price is a bit pricey.
But saying that it's well worth it and your child will love it.

Nice soft play in the Kinning Park area. Good thing is that they have Halal chicken on their menu.

Food has gone right down hill I see your buying cheaper food product now

Chicken nuggets used to be brilliant now there just your bog standard frozen ones
Pizza used to be lovely was a regular for me this time it was soggy and cheaper tasting
Good to play in but food needs an upgrade

Soft play. My 2 kids love it. 11 years old boy and a 3 year old boy. It's got a baby part. It's also got a small football pitch with soft balls. And the main part is massive for bigger boys and girls. It also has a place that sells food. I would recommend this. But one thing I would say is, it's around £15 to enter for kids. I wish it was cheaper. It's not affordable for a family who has a few kids. Maybe bring back the monthly pass. That would be greatly appreciated.

I recently visited this place and was disappointed with the level of service.Price was expensive what they have, most of staff were not very helpful and young . I asked for assistance with starting the train ride for kids, but my requests were completely ignored. It felt like they weren’t interested in helping customers. This lack of attentiveness really let the experience down. I hope the management addresses this issue, as it has potential to be a great place if the staff are better trained and more responsive

Edit 03/01/25: We booked my daughter's birthday party here in April 2024, it was good enough and what was expected for the price. Little lackluster in the decorating of the party room but no big deal. As part of the booking you get a "free next visit" to the soft play. Well you better make sure to use it in the first 3 months before the prices increase and the voucher only gives you the old pricing off of your next visit. Paying to go today at £15.50 for my 4 year old, free visit gift card gave us a whole £12.95 off. Doesn't even pay for the entry of my 13 month old. 🙃
Anyway, just a heads up for anyone to use that free visit in the first 3 months of the 12 month period.
OG Review: What a place. So much space for the kids to run around and play! I'd definitely come back.
Also the food is good and well worth the money. Such big portions for such a low price! Me and the little shared a kids pizza and some loaded chips while dad had a toastie and salad with crisps. Definitely tasty and filling. 🙌

Good Peppa pig themed section for under 3's that includes a slide and mini trampolines. Plenty for older kids and in my opinion it's better set up for over 3's than under 3's in general. The wee train was definitely the highlight. We had to ask at the desk to go on the train - a member of staff had to come and switch it on for us. We had to wait ages for them, which was rubbish as wee ones aren't very good at being patient! We also noticed a lot of members of staff standing around doing nothing except chatting to each other while we were waiting, which was frustrating. The place itself was cold and the cafe was disappointing. It was alright.
